Create a better version of yourself

Everything begins with one step in the right direction, and the first step comes from within. You have the power to better yourself every day. You can start by just trying your best, even when things seem hard or far away. In order to start creating a version of yourself that makes you proud, you must start right now. No excuses allowed! Take this as a wakeup call to start making time for yourself every single day.

Start doing things you enjoy. Focus on you! Stop comparing yourself to others, there's no one else you need to be like other than yourself. Let go of the past and start living in the present. Take chances and be thankful for the life you have. Seek balance in your work; life; body, mind and soul.

  1. Get enough sleep – It provides throughout the day, helps relieve stress and brings clarity to the mind.

  2. Drink enough water – Hydration helps your skin look healthier and improves organ function.

  3. Eat healthier according to your body composition – It helps you maintain a healthy weight and improve your bodily functions and immune system.

  4. Take care of your skin – It helps you feel more confident and beautiful.

  5. Read a book – It entertains and helps increase your knowledge and understanding of certain subjects.

  6. Do some Pilates - It helps you strengthen and be aware of your body while also imporoving overall balance and flexibility, and promoting mindfulness.

  7. Get a massage – It relieves stress, providing relaxation, and helps with body tension and/or pain.

  8. Take a walk – It helps you decompress and improves your cardio.

  9. Meditate – It clears your mind with breathing exercises and helps gain balance between body, mind and soul.

  10. Say a prayer – It helps you connect to God and ease your worries.

  11. Spend time with family and friends – It increases your happiness by connecting to others in a safe environment.

  12. Get a manicure and pedicure – It relaxes your body while beautifying your hands and feet.

  13. Practice yoga – It gives you something to look forward too while helping you improve flexibility and balance in both your life and your body.

Make yourself a priority. The way you want to look and feel is up to you and no one else.
