Service Description

A class where the spine and pelvis must maintain correct postural alignment. We seek to maintain the neutral or imprint position depending on the exercise, avoiding anteversion or retroversion of the pelvis. The work with the magic ring is global, the whole body participates.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us 24 hours in advance (787)424-9772. All cancelations less than 24 hours of Spa services will require a $20 charge in order to reschedule. (applies to services) No money is returned, credit towards services or products. All students need to register online. Class cancelation by students needs to be 24 hours prior class or text 402-214-3075.
