Service Description

Series I of this amazing and challenging type of Ashtanga Yoga. You will reach a level of strengh and flexibility and will be amazed of how much your body can do. Any age welcome 13 and above.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us 24 hours in advance (787)424-9772. All cancelations less than 24 hours of Spa services will require a $20 charge in order to reschedule. (applies to services) No money is returned, credit towards services or products. All students need to register online. Class cancelation by students needs to be 24 hours prior class or text 402-214-3075.
