Skin/Treatment Assessment

Service Description

A skin/treatment assessment should include the presenting concern/compliant with the skin, history of the presenting concern/compliant, past medical history, family history, social history, medicines (including topical treatment) and allergies and impact on quality of life in order to design the appropriate treatment.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us 24 hours in advance (787)424-9772. All cancelations less than 24 hours of Spa services will require a $20 charge in order to reschedule. (applies to services) No money is returned, credit towards services or products. All students need to register online. Class cancelation by students needs to be 24 hours prior class or text 402-214-3075.
