This style of yoga involves moving dynamically from one posture to another, following the breath. It can create a sense of fluidity, strength, ease, and meditation.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us 24 hours in advance (787)424-9772. All cancelations less than 24 hours of Spa services will require a $20 charge in order to reschedule. (applies to services) No money is returned, credit towards services or products. All students need to register online. Class cancelation by students needs to be 24 hours prior class or text 402-214-3075.
