Kerry brings over 10 years teaching experience and certifications in Life Wellness & Holistic Health, Stress Reduction, Relaxation, & Meditation, Primary Aerobics, and Total Body Strength Conditioning, to Yoga Island & Spa.
Through yoga, she seeks to help her students build self-confidence, awareness, and connection to the body.
Kerry’s background in dance is the foundation of her love for music and movement. Outside of the studio, she enjoys time outside, taking walks, listening to music, studying, and enjoying craft brews!

200hrs Various Yoga Styles
Nesiris is a registered yoga teacher with 200 hours of training in different styles of yoga. She is passionate about teaching yoga and the constant practice of this discipline. She likes to create a welcoming and safe atmosphere so that her students feel comfortable and relaxed during classes.
Her teaching style focuses on body alignment, breathing, and meditation. Through her classes, she's committed to helping her students find balance between body and mind, reduce stress, improve flexibility and become aware of their own being.
She loves interacting with her students and is always willing to listen and answer their doubts and questions. She's committed to continuing her education and is constantly updating her knowledge in order to offer my students the best possible experience.
She'll be more than happy to guide you in your yoga practice!
